What's the difference between classical and rock or jazz music?
Q. I mean in the use of musical theory (armony, improvisation, counterpoint, etc) is there a big difference between classical music and rock(good rock, like king crimson) or jazz? Also i would like you to recommend me some classical composers and performers as well. Thanks!

A. The most important difference between the so called classical music (Renaissance, Baroque, classical, romantic, modern, post modern) is that classical music has a style and originality, order, depth, meanings and richness of sound, structure and a journey - as oppose to the modern pop/ rock style that has 4.5 chords running through it in repetitions, with no meanings, no journey, no depth and no sophistication. Am I a snob? You might think so but please try it out yourself properly and see for yourself. As to the other request - I'll be delighted to introduce loads of classical composers and pieces. As a matter of fact my website was designed for my own piano students and good guys such as yourself whom interested to know more about… [cont.]

What about classical guitars?
Q. Hi! I need help with something. Well, I am planning on buying a classical guitar because I need a guitar that won't hurt my finger tips as much and is easier on small hands. I've never had a guitar before and my hands are a little bit below average size. Oh, and are regular acoustics, or classical guitars more expensive? And how much should I spend on my classical guitar? Thanks!

A. You can get a nice Yamaha classical guitar for about $200.00 or even less on sale, to start with this would be just fine, my first classical costs about $125.00 and I still have it today and it still has a great sound, when I play with Cd's the tone doesn't sound much different then my good one, unbelieveable, considering that it's over thirty five years old. As for having little hands or fingers, that has nothing to do with it if your holding your fingers and hand correctly you won't have any problems, look on youtube there's a lot of young girls on there playing classical guitar with very small fingers and hands and they sound great, one girls blind, and boy can she play well !!! Hold your thumb in the center of the back or the guitar… [cont.]

What is the classical song that plays in the second battle of Gamer?
Q. I enjoy classical music and am always looking for new things i might like. I watched Gamer for the x-multiple time the other day and really liked the classical song that was playing during the second fight they show Kable in in Gamer. When looking it up under Gamer OST and soundtrack i couldn't find anything about it. Does anyone who knows more about classical music recognize it and know who composed it and what it's called?
